mountain wind rushes;
draping verdure
soothes my eyes

(cheated - composed while cycling down the road)

summer leers
from horizon’s haze;
kudzu monsters awake

as twilight opens
summer’s doors to heaven.
anyone can enter

lace curtains
in taped up windows;
purple flowers smile
